The Pre-Sale of products at Kaatop is designed to offer another option for customers looking for a product that is not yet available in our stock.

When these products are being manufactured, we already release pre-sales so that you can guarantee your purchase. They are available on our website marked with the information " Pre-Order " and with delivery times adjusted according to the expected receipt and dispatch of these items.

You can check the estimated delivery date by entering your zip code on the desired product page or in your shopping cart. You can also reserve your order through our Customer Service Center.

This way, you can place your order in advance and guarantee your products regardless of any potential stock shortages. Products purchased in Pre-Sale will only have their Invoices issued when these products are in Kaatop's stock and can be invoiced/issued to you. As soon as the product arrives at our warehouses, we will ship it to you.
