Exchange, Return and Warranty

CHECK YOUR PRODUCTS:

 

We want your order to be delivered in perfect condition. To achieve this, some care is necessary. At the time of delivery by the carrier, check the following items:

• You must receive the quantity of volumes indicated on the invoice.

• The product described on the invoice must be the same as the one delivered.

• The packaging must not be tampered with.

• The products must be in perfect condition.

If any of the above points are not in accordance:

• Take photos of the items received.

• Refuse to receive all products.

• Contact us immediately.

• Have your order number or invoice number on hand.

If it is not possible to check the products, please note the following on the delivery receipt, "Received without checking" and indicate your name, date and time.

Check the products as soon as possible, as you have 24 hours to inform us of any damage after receipt without checking.

Warranty

Each product has a warranty period defined in the order, as long as the instructions described in the user manual are followed.

​

In case of problems within the specified period, contact our technical support for guidance before taking any other action.

Our team is prepared and in many cases can solve your problem in a single call!!

 

If we conclude that testing is necessary, we will provide the testing procedures and period according to the product.

If a manufacturing defect is found within the warranty period, we will repair or exchange your equipment.

Important:

• Always provide the purchase invoice, as it guarantees your right to the warranty.

• If the product is sent for testing and no defect is found, the customer must check the best way for us to return the equipment. This return will only be made after the shipping fee has been paid.

• If the product has defects due to misuse, it will not be repaired or exchanged.

• If the product shows signs of having been opened

• If the product shows any signs of having been opened, the warranty will automatically be void, so NEVER OPEN A PRODUCT TO CHECK FOR A POSSIBLE DEFECT.

• Tell us about the problem in as much detail as possible and wait for the technician to call.

• If possible, film or send photos that demonstrate the problem.

• Products outside the specified warranty period will not be exchanged or repaired under any circumstances.

How to Request a Product Exchange, Return and Warranty:

The exchange or return will be made in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code and must be made by the purchaser following the following premises:

Present receipt/receipt;

Photo ID (ID or driver's license);

The product cannot show signs of misuse;

It must present all accessories, parts, manual and original packaging.


If the chosen product is not available, the customer will have the following options:

Exchange for another equivalent or similar product (of equal value);

Credit voucher to be used in new purchases;

Monetary refund within the conditions and payment method established at the time of purchase.

 

Withdrawal of purchase

According to article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code, the customer has up to 7 (seven) days from receipt to return the product. The customer must contact us by phone (11) 2429-4720 or by email info@Kaatop.com, informing the reason for cancellation, and if the payment was made by bank slip, also inform: bank, branch and account for the refund of the amount. Card cancellations and refunds may take up to 10 business days.
