Purchase and Delivery Policy
The purchase and delivery procedures on the Kaatop.com platform will be regulated by this document. Therefore, it is essential to be familiar with its contents before finalizing your order in order to make the most of the facilities offered through this website.
This document is an integral part of the Terms of Use and Navigation Conditions of the Kaatop.com platform and, in the event of a conflict between the provisions of both documents, the most specific provision shall prevail.
1 – Definitions
Authentication: The act of the visitor entering their username and password to access restricted areas and features of the Platform;
Customers: People who have purchased products or services offered by the Kaatop.com platform; Platform: Designates the electronic address www.kaatop.com and its subdomains;
INSTITUTO CIDADE JARDIM: Instituto Cidade Jardim Ltda., registered with the CNPJ under number 09.463.313/0001-50, with headquarters at Rua Gerônimo Gonçalves Meira, 66 – Vila Leis – CEP 13.309-190 in the city of Itu, State of São Paulo.
KAATOP: Brand owned by INSTITUTO CIDADE JARDIM.
User: Any visitor authenticated on the Kaatop.com platform;
Visitor: Any person browsing the Kaatop.com platform.
2 – Operation of the Kaatop.com Digital Store
2.1. The Kaatop.com platform offers its visitors the ease of purchasing products and services through its digital store, visitors simply need to fill out the Platform registration and they will be able to place their orders.
2.2. The Kaatop.com digital store has its own inventory and will not necessarily make the same products available to visitors as conventional physical stores and vice versa.
2.3. To complete an order, the visitor must register on the Kaatop.com platform and be duly authenticated.
2.4. When selecting the products they wish to purchase, the user must add them to their digital shopping cart and, as soon as they are satisfied, proceed to finalize their order, indicating the delivery location and making the corresponding payment.
3 – Prices of Goods
3.1. If there is a price discrepancy between the ads displayed on the product pages and the one in the shopping cart, the latter shall prevail over the one displayed on the page.
4 – Purchasing Products
4.1. Products may be purchased on the Kaatop.com platform through the payment offered by the interface when closing the digital shopping cart.
4.2. Once the user completes the order, it will go through the following stages, and its progress can be checked on the website in the ‘My Orders’ section:
a) Order Confirmed – Confirms that the order has been registered on the Kaatop.com platform;
b) Order Processing Payment – Means that Kaatop.com is awaiting payment confirmation;
c) Order Preparing for Delivery – Means that the order has been approved and is between the release of products from stock and release for delivery;
d) Order Sent – Means that the order has already been released and delivered to the carrier;
e) Order Cancelled – Inability to process the order for some specific reason, which may vary between:
Failure to release due to inconsistency in some data or registration information;
Order with payment not completed successfully;
Some inconsistency in the functioning of the system itself, such as a computer crash or an operating error;
Supervening reasons that make it impossible to process the order.
4.3. In the event that the desired product is not in stock and Kaatop.com is unable to deliver it, the customer may:
4.3.1. Opt for a refund of the amount paid, as described in clause 7;
4.3.2. Opt for a similar product of greater value, provided that it is approved by Kaatop.com;
4.3.3. Opt to wait for the product to arrive at Kaatop.com's stock.
5 - Delivery of Purchased Products
5.1. Orders will be delivered to customers by Kaatop.com or by third parties at its request.
5.1.1 Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 6 pm.
5.1.2 Exceptionally, deliveries may occur on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
5.1.3 The delivery period is counted from the confirmation of payment on business days, that is, it does not include Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
5.2. The shipping price will be calculated automatically at the time of closing the order and may change according to the delivery region, its value, volume and weight.
5.3. Kaatop.com undertakes to deliver the product within the period specified in the customer's order.
5.4. In order to receive orders, a person must be at the indicated location to sign the delivery protocol for the merchandise.
5.5. When the customer lives in a condominium building, delivery will be made to the garage or other indicated location that is permitted by the condominium agreement.
5.5.1. In order for delivery to be made, the path must be clear and safe.
5.6. When the customer lives at home, delivery will be made to the first covered area.
5.6.1. There must be space to park the truck no more than 50 (fifty) meters from the delivery location.
5.6.2. If this is not possible, the customer will provide carts for transporting the products. In the absence of these, the products may be unloaded in the first available area of the condominium.
6 – Receipt
6.1. The person responsible for receiving the delivery must check the delivery items according to the order placed on the Kaatop.com platform.
6.2. In case of discrepancies, describe them on the back of the Invoice or DANFE and return the product at the time of delivery.
6.3. The customer must only sign the stub of the Invoice or proof of delivery after checking all products and quantities.
7 – Refund of Amounts to the Customer
7.1. If the customer paid via bank slip, they must indicate an account in their name for the refund of the amounts paid, and deposits in favor of third parties are not permitted.
7.2. If the customer paid via credit card, they must wait for the refund to appear on their bill or for the charge to be canceled, as applicable.
8 – User Service
8.1. Kaatop.com will assist users of its Platform via the “Contact Us” link or via the email address info@Kaatop.com.com.
8.2. If they prefer, users may call for service at (11) 2429-4720, which is available Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
9. Validity
9.1. This Exchange and Return Policy is valid from October 24, 2024.
